| Maybe that's just how it is, but to me it just seems like much considering the length of the loop and what consists of? I mean if I created a big composition the file size would reach like 200mb - seems an awful lot. Am I doing something wrong, or is there any way to compress the wav file? thanks! |

You need to convert the .wav file to a .mp3 file. I use Musicmatch.com for my conversions. You can download a free version from the net. Usually, 192kps is a good median for conversions. Others may have their favorite programs for this. Joe |

Yes, wav files are large, this is normal. I don't see how you can get around it. Joe |

One Moment! 43mb for just 4 bars is even for WAV very large! Did you listen to your WAV-file after export? Is it really just this loop or has it a large trail of silence or soemthing like this? Did you select "export LOOP..." instead of "export SONG..." from the file menu? Which bit depth and sample rate did you select? |
