Keyboard Reccomendation

I'm new to Reason, and have never really learned to play a keyboard before.

-I want to get something with some good Trance/Techno/Electronic/Happy Hardcore sounds

- I need something cheap and fairly simple to use

Heres what keyboard I was thinking, but I'm not sure.
