Default File management

My copy of Reason hasn't arrived yet, but there is something I would like to know in advance before installation. Are there any options for installing different components of the application on separate drives? Wherever possible, I normally keep files that take up a lot of disk space (e.g. samples) or large sets of smaller files (e.g. settings, templates, drum maps etc.) in a different location from the main program. Is this possible in Reason 4? None of the documentation that I have seen so far mentions the subject of file-management.

(Using Windows XP)

The largest files in Reason are the soundbanks that contain all the samples and presets, certainly these can be opened from any drive.

I think your asking for trouble doing this, especially if you store your settings elsewhere or you want to open other peoples reason files.

Why in the world would you want to do this when hard discs are so cheap?

I don't want to start a discussion on the pros and cons of multiple disks, partitioning and file management. That belongs in a different forum.

Suffice to say that other programs (e.g. Sonar, Battery, SampleTank) have these options. Here are some screenshots to illustrate.
