| I would like to ask some good soul for an advice concerning the connection between Reason 4 and Cubase LE via Rewire. I have seen a several tutorials dealing with the theme, but though I am following the directions, I cannot simply to make Cubase and Reason to work. The process I am making is as follows: 1. Launch Cubase 2. Create a New Project + Audiotrack 3. Open Devices, then click Reason and select the channels needed (there are 64 of them) 4. Launch Reason 5. Plug an instrument in the Rewire output Now, as the tutorials mentioned above say, it should work, but in my case it doesn't and I really do not know why. When I play Reason, the sound is heard and the bar in Cubase goes synchronically with that of Reason, but simply I can create the Reason Instrument track in Cubase sequencer. The figure down below shows the connection in graphic mode. I would appreciate any help. Gluko |

I don't think you get what rewire actually does... You have to route certain devices into the hardware at the VERY top of your rack, like drums, ch1 & 2, piano ch3 & 4 or whatever, and then in cubase make individual channels or tracks (not sure how it works in cubase) and then use cubase like you normally would...
