Default assigning knobs and faders

hey guys, i'm new to this forum, and it truly looks like a great place. i've done a search on this topic and really have tried to figure it out before making a post. i know how annoying it is when people post something that's been discussed a million times. anyway i called m-audio, and that was a ton of fun. i sat on hold for close to an hour (i really wanna figure this out) and finally got to talk to someone. i'm trying to map my faders and knobs in reason 4 withan m-audio oxygen 61. he told me it was as simple as right clicking on the effect, ex. under filter one, click freq, and select edit remote override mapping. i was able to map my first and second fader, but my third one responded as knob 4, and all of the other faders and knobs were not being detected. i also can't figure out how to switch between groups. so i can't tell you guys how much i'd appreciate any help in figuring this out. i know it's probably a simple fix, but i'm new to midi. thanks a lot for reading this!

Hi,
Have you gone through this step by step guide?
This one for a mac:
http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=...eb6b68a7d543be

This one for a PC:
http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=...804ddf7033385d
Go through it and get back if it still doesn't work.
Matt.
