just added some dynamics to it, it seems a little more lively now although I've just thrown the drums down quickly. CLICKY

This is one of my most recent tracks, one of which, so far, i've put more work into the production than pretty much any of my previous tracks...

Its called We Gone, featuring Masta' Mind as the artist..
I personally sing the part saying "yeah" on autotune, as well as the vocals on the vocoder on the first half of the first verse..

This is just a snippet , the first minute and a half or so, because its not completed yet, Just a work in progress as of now...

Pretty much the entire thing was done using reason 4.0. The only thing not done in it was recording the vocals and autotune.. The rest of it, including the vocoder, was done in reason..

Let me know what you guys think!

Yeah, that's good, almost too good. You get minus points for using autotune instead of staying loyal to the reason vocoder, but I forgive you. You came up with a good crisp sounds and that's what matters. Autotune is for pussies. lol, kiddin, good job.

LOL.. i only use autotune for the sound.. It's what's poppin right now, and i hate to say it but i actually like it.. I used to play lead guitar and sing in a band, I can sing.. I've just always liked autotune, since eiffle 65, and vocoders since mr. roboto haha.. and I don't know if you've ever actually played with autotune, but man is it fun! haha. I get carried away sometimes with it just messin around.. But i feel like the little bit i actually used in that track is at least a bit tastefull...

I have it installed, can't say I've explored it's full potential yet cos I don't really have the space to go belting out vocals without my household thinking I'm strangling a cat (you should hear me on singstar) but I'll look into it when I have the place to myself. it sucks living in a bungalow.

autotune is the shiz, really it sounds so amazing.

That is one nice song! I'm gonna have to do more autotune / vocoder stuff, cause that was really good

hehe preciate it man.. Its fun messin around with that stuff.. Autotune is a bit of a quicker satisfaction than the vocoder, because its realtime.. But the vocoder has a lot more angles to approach it at you know? Autotune just makes u hit the notes right on.. Vocoder allows you to overlay an instrument on the voice, And play it like one... it just takes a bit more time and effort, and "know how" to do it.
O just wish Reason had a basic vocal recording feature, thats the annoying part.. always transferring vocal takes from protools over to a nn19 or something.

Talking more stuff to listen too.

Here are a couple other tracks that are in the works right now...
Let me know what you guys think of them...
Everything made with Propellarhead software.. Reason 4.0 and Recycle mainly... any vocals, I recorded and mixed down in protools.
I have a library of over 300 tracks i've made over the years. but these are some of the most recent...

This one using some Orchestra samples in Dr Rex: (turn up your subwoofers )

This one is a sample from the Anime show "Initial D" im sure some of you have heard of it.. I chopped it up a bit in recycle and played around with it..(volume is kind of low):

This one is a sample of the Munsters Tv Show Theme song.:

This one is kind of a DnB track i was messing with:

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.. and Alphabets...: (just listen)
