Try layering 2 or 3 different basses on top of each other. This sample has at least 2 different bass sounds, possibly 3. 1. Deep/sub bass 2. Punchy bass 3. Punchy bass that plays one note only (cant tell exactly where, but it sounds different from others). Sub bass keeps the bassline pumping, while the punchy bass gives it a tone. And of course make sure you EQ it real well. |

Sure, here it is: Funky Bass for IanP. It's not as good as the one you showed as example, but I have no time for perfection. It will get you started. You need the latest version of Reason.
