Default Trying to recreate this subtractor sound.

I'm trying to recreate this subtractor patch sound http://www.filefactory.com/file/0cbc41 but i'm having trouble. I found the modulation similar to the "Captain Black" preset in polysynths but i can't recreate the waveform. Can anyone give me any suggestions for settings? I would greatly appreciate it! thank you!

The waveform is just Square. Did you play it as a chord or is the sound already in the patch? If so, set up 2 OSCs with Square and detune 1 by 7 semitones.

i thought it was square too but when i set it to square it didn't sound any where near it. i didn't create the sound, it's an assignment for me. don't know if a chord is being played or not.

Could it be a JP-6 or some other Roland sweep?

I´ve recreated it with subtractor by using a simple Square and a chorus. But I was at work and could not save the patch, because i´ve just a demo version at work.

This is the way I did it:

For the progressing vibrato, I wired the MOD-Env-Out to the MODWHEEL-In on the back side of the subbi. (with full amount [the small knob beside the input jack])
