Reason 4.0 problem

I'm having a problem with reason 4.0, basically when opening .rns files started in Reason 3, they open incorrectly in Reason 4 i.e. sequence patterns are noticeably off, especially on devices such as the redrum and matrix pattern sequencer. Has anyone else using this had a similar problem???
