Hey,

I have just bought my first refill for my reason 3.0.
But when I browse from the program after it I only find the "Factory" and "Orkester" sound banks which you get from the start.
I've tried putting the refill in many different folders and now I have it in the main "Reason folder" where the other two refills are.
I can see the new refill when I browse from my computer but when I try to find it from Reason 3.0 it's not there!

Does anyone know how to get it to work ?

how are you browsing? Are you right clicking in the window and selecting "Browse for patches"?
Its possible the refills you purchased may only work in certain racks (i.e. Dr.Rex, NNXT patch, Malstrom... etc...)

I have tried both with "Create device by browsing patches" and from different racks.. :/ Can't find it anyway.
I have also tried to "open the file with a program" and there i choosed reason but i get a window that says that i should use browsing in the program instead.

Isnt there any other way ?

Which refill did you buy and who did you buy it from? If it the files are in WAV format you may only be able to find them using certain Racks, such as NNXT and ReDrum...

Yes as you said it was an NNXT patch. Is there something special i have to do ? (I am a newbie with this program)

hmmmm... well.. Im not at my studio computer right now. im at work lol... Thats about all i can think of off the top of my head without having the program in front of me you know? Check back a little later... Ill see if i can come up with something when i get home (in about 2 hours or so).. Or maybe titancow will get on here and save the day again! LOL...
