I was lacking place in the title -- Reaosn can't recognize it, but FL studio can? Hum. Well honestly i can't tell, i'm not enough familiar with Reason yet, i just downloaded it; but is there some kind of place where you can set the Input/Output stuff (Just like FL, in fact) or something like that?

As the post above says, it is in the edit menu then preferences.
Look in the manual from page 110 onwards and it explains how to set up external controls/keyboards.
