| I'm quite new to reason but have learned a lot in quite a short time thanks to some tutorial dvds. After going through them I still can't seem to find a solution to this. My problem is that I want all sound to stop completely when I hit the stop button. At the moment, if I hit stop, the reverb, delay and samples continue playing till they are finished. I don't want to touch the delay because I want it in the song, but I want to be able to hit stop, go back a few bars and hit play again without having to wait for the previous sounds to die out. I'm quite impatient when working, I get into a working state and then don't want to have to stop and wait before I can continue. Please tell me if theres a solution to this! Thanks |

Hi, i don't think you will have any chance of stopping this from happening. Once you hit stop, you will stop all midi notes from playing, but if the midi note has already been played then you will still hear the reverbs/delays etc.. I will take a look later, but i'm pretty sure it can not be done. Matt.
