The Sequencer Window can be seperated from the rack by pressing a button in the top-right hand corner of the rack, I'm not quite sure what it looks like and I'm not on my computer right now so I can't check.

When you seperate the Sequencer from the Rack, you can fully maximize the Sequencer, but the reason why the Rack won't be fullscreen is because if it were blown up to match the screen's size, all of the virtual instruments would be way out of shape. Think about it.

Now, how do I maximize the window? As said, the maximize button does nothing.

JoSi all you have to do to get the sequencer window bigger is click Window (at the top of the screen...on the toolbar menu) then click detach sequencer window. using the button that the earlier poster talks about will detach the window but it won't allow you to maximize it. Let me know if you are still having trouble.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO UNINSTALL.

lol No I know, I was just saying, if you COULD bend the devices all out of shape it would make me cry. It even kind of makes sense to detatch the window on single monitor so that you can have the seq take up the whole width of the screen even though the rack can't. Me likey

the 'detach sequencer window' thingy comes in very handy when you have 2 monitors. Monitors (CRT) are very cheap now, you get them for free at the local recycling centre, and most graphic adapters are dual monitors capable.

True, not quite sure what it's for though, might be for EQ or something visual like that I really don't know.

Anyway, getting back to the original point, I think that instead of not being able to be maximed, the reason rack should at least be centered and have the rest of the screen black, for using monitors or whatever.
