Question... Let's say I am using the Matrix for a bass line ran from the Subtractor. It has 32 bar phrases. I have it automated to play the 4 note progression every 8 bars in the sequencer pattern lane (A1). If I create a new phrase (A2) that is let's say 8 bars long then I immediately have it go back into the 32 bar phrase (A1) it will start in on the second note, bar 9. I would like it to start at the beginning of A1. Is this possible? If this sounds confusing or you need more info please let me know, thanks!

Can't you just write the same sequence at the end of A2?

If I did then I wouldn't get the whole 32 bar phrase, only the last 24 and it wouldn't start at the beginning of the phrase but 1/4 of the way in. I want it to go from A2 (1-8) to A2 1-32 and not 9-32. The only 'solution' I can think of would be to manually create a different sequence, ie. the real beginning of the sequence would have to start on bar 9 instead of 1 then I'd have to adjust this for each instrument part that I have and I was wondering if there was an easier way than doing this, such as some option to have it start at the beginning of A1 instead of partially through? Thanks.

Maybe it's because you're using the magnet and you've set it to Bar mode, change it to 1/8th mode or 1/32 or something and then it might work.

I don't think that would have to do with it, but I do have snap to grid on and it is set at 1/8 though...
