| I just bought a midi keyboard for reason 4. It registers in the sequencers e.g. the note on lights up. when i press the keys it flashes up as green on the little keyboard within reason. but i get 0 sound from any of the sequencers. the re drum works fine.. any help muchly appreciated. |

Have you made a device like a Subtractor? In the Sequencer window you have to click on the picture of the device you want to record with and a red outline will appear around it, otherwise you will just be recording on the wrong track lane.

hey mate thanks for your reply. basically i set it up to have a clear rack when creating a new tune, that way for some reason it wouldnt recognise the midi keyboard. when its set up to open with the demo song it does now. just have to create a new project. |
