When I try to load the upgrade for Reason 4.0 from 3.0 I get an error message that says " This program requires Windows NT version 5.0 Service Pack 2 or later" on a PC version. Does anyone know what I can do to get around this. Thanks! I'm using windows XP

I think you need to update your Microsoft NET Framework Version, just google it.

Thank you. I did that, but I also had to google Windows Service Pack 2 and downloaded that along with the newest security updates. Since I don't use the internet on my studio computer, I used a 4 gig thumb drive and saved the updates on there. The updates took less than a gig.

No, i believe, it has nothing to do with the .NET-Framework. (Reason doesn´t use .NET)
You just need to install the servcie pack 2 and then it should work.

You should be able to get service pack 2 by using windows update. In the link above if you pay attention to the lower right corner it has a link that says "Download SP2 from Microsoft Update".
