Hey all,
I've been fooling around with thor and scream 4 to get some kick ass electro sounds. However I want the following in a song:
With scream you can chang the 2 parameters really easily however I want to record that.
I've got a melody and I want to have it very distorted at first and then I want it to be very treblely (lol is that a word?) and then to the normal version where the drums come in. However when I use the knobs while I press record it doesn't record my actions.

Anyone here that can help me?

To record automation actions in your scream device (in other words when you mess with the knobs and stuff) you need to first create a sequencer track at the bottom for your scream device. You can do this by right clicking your scream device and select the option at the very bottom that says "Create Track for Scream". Now all you have to do is arm the scream sequencer track for recording and then turn the parameters (knobs etc) to your liking. Hope that helps.

Yey that worked. If you have amin. coudl you explain me how to draw a pattern in a song? I know i've seen it somewhere on youtube but it'd be way easier if you could typ ito ut for me. If you have time afcourse

Draw a pattern in what? The redrum? Could you be more specific please.
