Hey

Dunno if any one can help me here. I use to have no problem with it, but ever since i installed Reason 4 my keyboard doesent seem to want to work with it.

I reinstalled the drivers, i connect the key board to my lap top and it says new hardware is found. When i got to open Reason it says control service cannot be found go under preferances menu. I go to the preferance menu and get the message; Reason can't find the MIDI port selected for the control surface. Please make sure the MIDI interface or device is properly connected and turned on.

Funny thing is the keyboard is on as soon as i connect it to the post in my lap top.

Any suggestions?
