Change Events Function in Reason 4

I can't seem to find the Change Events Function in Reason 4. In previous versions it was in the Edit menu. Does anyone know where it is now or how I transpose a batch of track at once. Thanks!

Off the top of my head, it is in the menu that pops up when you hit F8. Someone else might want to confirm this.
