Oh, well if you have it on a DVD you just insert it into the drive and then I think that there should be an autorun or setup file or something? I can't remember but I think that it had an icon of a Reason Disk. Just try double clicking on an exe file with a convincing name. If you have it on the hard-drive you can either burn it onto a disk, or you can mount to a drive (which means that it appears that you have a DVD in a drive, but it's just virtual. This saves you time and money.) Both these operations can be done with the program PowerISO.

open up the search wizard (start>Search) and search for files of type "exe" (executable files) on the drive which your DVD is in. One of those files has to be the autorun/setup file... just double-click on it. It should have a suitable filename such as install, autorun, setup, etc.
