If you are using version 4 then in the Reason Transport (Bottom of Rack and Sequencer) You'll see bars/6ths/ticks and below that hours/minutes/seconds (or something like that).

Sorry but 3.0 does not have anything to tell you how long your track is while you're producing it. You can however go to file->Open then click on your rns file (don't double click it, just click it once) and you'll get all the info on it, including tempo, time signature and if you're "E" or "end" line is set right, it'll give you the correct length of your track.
