Default MIDI controller problems?

Hi folks. I'm running Reason 3 and have just purchased an M-Audio Oxygen8 v2 midi conroller. I can get the controller to work with modules such as the subtractor and mixer but I really want it to work for the redrum. When I press the keys on the controller they do flash on each part of the redrum and I am defo getting a signal for it as it displays the green bar moving. But my problem is that when I press the keys on the controller the red M buttons are flashing on the redrum and not producing the sounds. Does anyone know why this might be?

Hi Wako!

I think, you just have to play notes at another octave. Different octaves are mapped to different functions in redrum. (like play drum, solo, mute). Try octave 0 for triggering your drum sounds!

The first 10 semitones of the 0 octave play redrum channels, playing any other octave mutes individual channels respectively.
