Okay let's say that you have a drum pattern already laid out and copied to track. Now what do I have to do to get that pattern on the regroove? You have to set it to a certain channel for the regroove to recognize. So on the note lane that your drum pattern is on you have to select it's the channel through the drop down box. (Which is outlined in red in the pic below) Now that we've found the box let's select Channel A1 because this is the first pattern we're running through regroove. Now all we need to do is open up regroove and focus our attention on the groove section assigned to channel A1. In the pic below the channel is outlined in red. Now just play and loop the pattern with the sequencer. Once the pattern is playing you can adjust the "Shuffle" or "Slide" slide knobs. Or mess with the "Groove" fader and even better load tons of presets that will give your drum pattern a whole different feel. And if you still don't get it try this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWx_ij5kRq0 _SG_ |
