| i've used Reason 2.0 for a long time, but just recently got an upgrade to 2.5 (yeah, i know we're on 4). I'm using an Axon AX-100 guitar synth controller. You can set all 6 strings to send on 1 midi channel, but that tends to cancel out all pitch bends. It's supposed to track better if you send each string on it's own midi channel. Am I able to send 6 different midi channels in 2.5 or do i have to upgrade to 4? I guess basically, am i able to set Reason up like a multi-timbral sound module? If not, can anyone suggest other soft synths that are better at this kind of thing. thanks, glenn |

I know very little about midi controllers. for now. but i've heard that ableton live is great for this sort of thing. and you can always rewire it to reason.
