| I am new to this forum and indeed Reason. I am looking to see if Reason can display the musical notes on screen when you play them on a keyboard. At the moment I see there are little bars that appear which refer to the notes I play - Is there anyway to get the notes instead of these bars? Thank you for any help Dave |

Electronic music is layed out completely different to traditional music. It's just a lot easier to lay it out the way it is. I think that cubase at least used to be able to show musical notation, ut as for reason, there is no way. You can, however, go to the key lane and it will show you what keys you have recorded on (C3, D#4 etc.)
