Hey all, first post here. Looking to get my gear back to running again. Would appreciate any help you can offer.

Heres my problem: If I stop sound from another source while Reason is running, it glitches and the sound stutters/keeps going. I've noticed this happening with two seperate applications-- Adobe Audition and Apple Quicktime's Web applet. Any time I stop audio playing in either application it just glitches out. If I hit the panic button in Audition, the sound stops after a second. That kinda leads me to believe its a MIDI-related problem, but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this sort of thing.

It doesn't happen when I've got a program recording my audio output for some reason, but heres a mockup of how the error works.

The first time the sound plays is how it SHOULD sound, second time is how it sounds when I stop it in the middle. That kinda glitching continues indefinitely until I hit the panic button or close Reason.
