How to load audio files?

Hi..I'm new to Reason, (3). I seem to be slow getting up to speed, and would like to know:

How can I import my own audio files,(.wav files), into Reason to incorporate my own guitar, harmonica, and conga tracks into songs in Reason?

Reason does so many great things to sound, and I am looking forward to the mastering fx..I want to use these on my own tracks.
