Default Thoughts on the ReGroove Function

Is anybody else absolutely in love with the ReGroove like I am, I'm loving the presets. God it can make your drums just flow so much better. Lets say I'm on a laptop starting out with a drum pattern, I don't want that mechanical sound but I don't have a midi keyboard to do this manually. all I have to do is the ReGroove, adjust it till it's just right and viola natural sounding drums that flow just right. I think I'm falling in love with reason all over again with version 4.

Haven't got Reason 4 yet... I've still got to wait a while over here.

Damn it I haven't got it yet either.
I think we need to make a rule that no-one is allowed to talk about it

So I can't talk about that amazing device called thor that allows crazy amount of routing possibilities to make an amazing sounding synth and how you guys are missing out on all this. Oh I guess I can wait and keep my mouth close.

yeah, regroove is well wicked. i just started a jazzy, loungey, almost hip hop kind of track and the drums are crazy. really alive and grooving. and now i don't have to do all sorts of delay and reverb and manual shifting of noptes to get the groove right. regroove does it all in 2 seconds flat. didn't try the presets because it's so easy to work with.

i only tried thor a bit but it's a monster, i'll give you that. fat and clean and crispy. all teh works.

what i haven't been able to test is the arp. but i'll probably be doing a fair bit of techno now.

The arp absolutely has the cool factor, I used it on the first track I did on Reason 4. The controls allow you to get the end result you want for your arp in a matter of seconds. Very easy to use once you get the device's basics down.
