Default vocoder application

so i set up my whole vocoder on the reason track. and when i play what i recorded on the nn19 sampler .. i can hear my voice but its just way to quick... it sounds like your fast forwarding the track. how can i slow it down and make it just play with the regular speed. too many knobs i don't know which one to turn or put down. need your help senior membersss !!!!! thanks

make sure that you're drawing a note on C3. If that doesn't make any sense sorry, I know very little about vocoders

Yes make sure you're not playing a pitched up sample using nnxt before you even put a vocoder device on the vocals. To check this check the root note of your sample and then check what key you're pressing on your keyboard, if you want to play the sample as it originally was then you should press the same key as the root note of your sample.
