First of all, I want to say hello to everyone cause I'm new here.

I thought it would be a nice idea, which I have sometimes, to start a thread about some samples that have been used by artist to create a sound. For example, I like the bass sounds which were created in Daft Punk's Homework album. The same bass they use for Around the World, Burnin' and Da Funk.

Does anyone know for example what bass(not the kickdrum) is been used here. Is there anything specific to find on Reason?

Or the synthesizer sound that the Prodigy used for Smack my bitch up.
