Was this all mixed down in reason? Because I think the mix is pretty damn good. And I like it, the glitchy aspect not so much, but I've never been a fan of that. Everything has it's own space, and being a real big hip hop fan I found myself drawn to liking the ambient sounds and drums the most. I thought it had a little too much drops but maybe that's what you were trying to go for. Overall a great track, be sure to share more! I think I might even submit a few beats to hear what you guys think.

the way i work is that i try to get everything sounding as good as possible from the very beginning. so i do a kind of semi-mastering with each new instrument i add. then when it's all done i dump the wav into cubase, slam izotope's ozone on top and do a bit more tweaking. thanks for your input |

I tried the izotope's ozone 3 and all I have to say is...where has this program been my whole life, it's amazing, I love the gui and it's ease of use. The presets are pretty cool too. I love it, thanks for sharing what you used because even though I've heard of this program before I never would of checked it out if it wasn't for this thread.
