on the rear you'll see channels 1-10 with individual ports for connecting the cables. They're at the top.

Here's an other suggestion, with my set up I create a whole other mixer then wire each channel of the redrum to the new mixer, that gives me ALOT of control over each drum sample with little hassle. For example if I just want a touch of reverb on my three bass drums I don't apply it to each channel serperately, I just set it up as a auxiliary send to my mixer then send it to the channels loaded with the bass drums. In my opinion this makes your drums all the more alive and vibrant. Strongly recommend anyone tries this out.

I absolutally agree. One recommendation for the 4 AUX sends is, two reverb units one with a long tail and one with a short tail. A scream unit and a DDL. Using the same devices as sends for all you drum parts helps them all feel "together" IMHO Or i'll use two scream units, one that complements the hi end stuff, i.e hats and one for the low end stuff, a DDL and one reverb then compress and add reverb to the lot on the mixer output. Each to there own though. |

Don't forget that the RV7000 has built in Two-Peak EQ.
