are you using an mclass mastering suite on every master track? you may just be turning up your speaker volume or system volume (this is why your beats bumpin in reason) but that's gonna throw off your entire mix...just putting on a mastering suite and turning up the volume (on this combi device) can help. you may need to turn on the compression too to keep from clipping, depending on how the track is mixed down already (just make sure not to use too much here if you already have compressors on individual devices).

I know what you mean. I have the exact same problem. It's funny cause it sounds much better on reason or when i Play it on my computer. But when I compare my beats with other beats of artists on my MP3 player, I notice mine sound so soft while I thought they sounded so lound. I hope the solution you gave there is gonna work. |

Yeah you have to use a Mastering Suite and tweak the compression settings to get it perfect.
