| I have a set of Yamaha HS50m's and the only way to ensure that both monitors are set at the same level is to have them either full blast or set on a notch which is at half volume. Is it best to have them at full volume and turn the level on the computer down or to set the volume at the half volume notch and turn the volume on the PC up? Cheers. |

Umm I guess it wouldn't make a difference. I would say put them at half just incase so you don't blow out your monitors |

Haha, thinking with your head. That's what i thought but the other day I realised that when I plug my headphones into my PC instead of the monitors they are obvioslly playing it back at full volume - as they don't have a volume control button. So i've been listening to my music at half volume through my monitors then at full volume through my headphones. I don't know if this matters or not. |
