Default Mystery Flange on Redrum Track

hey everyone--new to reason, new to this forum...checked out a few pages and it looks like a chill spot...

i had a problem recently and was wonderin how to fix it...i cant figure out why when I copy my redrum patterns to track, they seem to pick up this weird flange effect in the mix.

or am i just going crazy.

thanks, look forward to any responses.

Might be the Mastering Suite Combi or some FX device hooked up to the redrum in a peculiar way...

Can't you just change patterns instead of copying to a track.

Default Duh

I was enabling the pattern section so the redrum loop was playing back at the same time as the sequencer track, thus the flange.

thanks titancow for the response. i'm not sure if this should be another thread, but where's a good place I can post some of my work for others to critique/listen to?

thanks,

jim

I'm sure that you could post your work in the forums here, but I could listen to some of your songs and help out if you ever want me to. I'm pretty experienced with reason.

By the way, thanks for telling us what the problem was, I think some people have had a similar problem before. Wasn't able to help them
