Does anyone know where to find reason-compatible refills geared specifically towards psychedelic trance?

There is one called "Psychedelic Trance & Goa". I don't remember where I got it from and I can't find a homepage online. But I found this review link with a download. It maybe illegal, but as I said, I couldn't even find the original page. Maybe it's dead by now all together, who knows...

Downloaded this refill. There are files within the refill but no samples or sounds inside those folders. Bummer.

You know, I just checked and I get the same thing. I am sure it worked before, otherwise I wouldn't keep it. I am also remembering getting a sample or two from it. Maybe it's something to do with Reason version differences, e.g. it doesn't work in newer version of Reason? Though I have never had this problem before with refills.
