Doesn't the pitch knob in redrum do that, or does it lower the speed aswell, i'm not sure, I use the NNXT for all my samples. Try loading the sample into the NNXT and turn the pitch down, if the speed changes use a higher note in the sequencer view untill you get a good balance. |

You could use audio editing software (search "WavePad" in Google for a good free one) and edit the pitch minus speed with that, save it as a .wav and then load it into a new redrum with all the edited samples.
