A more simple sustain question...

It is possibile to reduce to 0 the effect sustain (caused by the pedal) in a device i.e NN-XT? For example touching the vary rotaries or filters in the way that when I leave the finger from the key the sound stops (even not too much brutally)... I'm not an expert of that kind of things...
