It would be much easier to read all the posts if they were in special sections. It would be nice to have a area just for introductions. And a topic area for different versions or upgrades of reason as well. |

The forum is too small for that. I hate when you come to the forum and it has 50 sections and one message in each one of them. I have much better impression of forums that have less sections, even if the stuff is all mixes up and not very organized. Forum sections are created by demand and not by my imagination. If I see that a certain area gets more posts, then I will create a separate forum for that topic. I don't see any trends yet. Also there was a post about this before. Please read the archives. Also please do not post two separate topics in one thread. |

yep, a lil bit more organised would be cool, i mean.. 2-3 forums, with 2-3 categs. each.. Like.. General Stuff - Introduction - News - Chit-chat Reason Stuff - Tutorials - Questions & Answers - Links - Showcase and.. im sure you can think at others.. |

Thanks for suggestions, ANdrw. I am planning to split the forums eventually, but as it is right now, there isn't much I can do. I can split the forum into topics that I think would be right, but do you think the posters will find it right? I want to do it the organic way - let the demand (i.e. posts) show what topics are needed. So far it's all random and I can't see any trends.

well, if you need any help in managing the forums/users/post, maybe do some promotion, SEO and stuff, i have some time to kill, so if there is anything i can do to help, drop me a PM or a email. It's really painful not to take advantage of this domain. We, you.. could make a great comunity out of this.. it just requires a lil bit of extra attention.
