Default Sudden Burst of Inspiration...

While lucid dreaming, I find it a lot easier to think of melodies and things like that...

While most of these melodies that came to me while dreaming couldn't be made using any of the tones in the factory sound bank, there was one that involved cymbals.

I'm completely stuck as to where to go next with this, I'm sure that if I spent a lot of time on this it could go onto my first album.

Also, maybe rns files should be attachable? lol... be pretty handy...

Well I've automated it... I can get the last three cymbal hits in pattern A4 on the right pitch...

Here you are again:

Default Lucid Dreaming

It's interesting that you said that. For years I've had the occasional experience of hearing a completely produced song in my head, one that I've never heard before, during the last few seconds before waking. But I can never remember it. So a few months ago I came up with the idea of learning to lucid dream in order to do this better. But I haven't gotten around to it yet.

I wonder if you could indeed produce some of your melodies if you fiddled around with the controls enough to create your own patches. But you have to be really good in order to take a song out of your head and reproduce it on a synth...
