As I understand you must be talkin about the Zero G- Wired elements of trance VSTi, there is no current version of reason that can't support a VSTi, so the answer is you'll need a separate program to use it. Now if you want to use reason along with the VSTi you can get a program like Protools, cubase, ableton live then use reason and rewire and use the VSTi through your host program.
