Default single instrument-copy to track from redrum

hi all,

is it possible to copy one single instrument from the redrum pattern to the track if i dont want to delete all the other instruments in the pattern.
i tried to mute some instruments in the pattern, but the instruments are atill copied to the track.

so the track square is always yellow, the snare is at the track, i switch of the mute botton from the high head...and teh i got 2 instruments....is there a solution...a simple solution without deleting the rest of the pattern?!

thanks folks

ben

I think I know what you're talking about...you have to make your questions much more clear. But if you're talking about just using one of the drum sounds after copying the pattern to track, let's say only the snare drum sound, you can click on redrum track in the sequencer then press the button to go into edit view, then you will see all the drum sounds and the data that sequences them, delete which drum sounds you don't want in that pattern. This will allow you to edit the drum pattern without having to do so with the redrum and instead being able to do it after copying the pattern to track.

okay... you can always automate the redrum's channels' levels in the edit mode of sequencer.

great thanks...i see, there is not a solution from propellerheads....there is only a solution with deleting. i got it when i copied the pattern section and deleted all trhe pattern that i dont wanted....so its the same like the deleting in the sequencer.
it would be nicer when the muted channels wont be copied to the sequencer track.......but maybe in reason 4 ;-)

thanks all for the time to answer
