| I recently had a very unfortunate data loss from my hard disk and I'm now in the task of recovering files, and apparently in order to rescue the .RSN files I need the hexagesimal code for Reason 3.0 and/or info about the digital signature of the program... can any1 help me?? |

Okay, first of all its "hexadecimal". Secondly, if you're talking about what I think you are, you won't be able to do it yourself. No offence or anything, but if you don't know how to spell hexadecimal then I doubt you'd understand it. I don't understand it myself. If you really need those files then I'd advise that you talk to a computer expert. Unless someone here can help? I have a very basic knowledge of how the system registry works, but not nearly enough to know how to fix your problem. Sorry buddy. [EDIT] Actually I might be able to help you. Add me to MSN it'll get pretty complicated, anyone else who wants to join in the fun add me also. MSN: titancow.tmcc@hotmail.com PM me once you add me, I'm not on often.

actually it is an expert on recovering data from damaged HDs that's asking me this information, because at the moment he can read the files in .RAW format only, and I really need to recover some extensive Reason programming of mine.. ps_ I know he needs the hex code that the program includes to make the files recognizable by the OS I'm not that clueless, but i'm not a technician either |

Ok, this really makes zero sense to me. Hexadecimals are just a way of expressing numbers in base16. Just like we have decimal numberals in base10, or binary in base2. There is no magic about hexadecimals. You can take any number and express it in hex. E.g. 2007 (base10) == 7D7 (base16). Ask him/her to clarify what exactly he/she wants... Sounds like they are just trying to confuse you. It's like asking for "decimal code"... What the code "is" is unknown. |

Yes, ask him/her exactly what they need. Does he mean the hex that Reason uses when it's running?
