| I recently bought a new laptop with Vista Home on it, I'm using Reason 3.0 and it all seems to work fine, except... When you restart Reason and click on one of the recently used files from the bottom of the File menu, it can't find the file and says "The selected file ... could not be found". Even though if you then open the file by browsing for it, it finds it just fine. Then you load it, close Reason, open it again, and you get the same thing, it can't find the file - even though I had just been using it! The same goes for my default.rns, it can't find that on startup. It's as though it's trying to use a different path to find the filenames. I think I may have moved all the files from one directory to somewhere else a few days ago, but it should still remember them once it opens the new ones. Can anyone help? It's very annoying having to browse for a file every time you want to open it! Thanks |

Hey, Try opening a file that doesn't appear on the file drop down menu, close reason and then see if you can open the same file from the drop down menu. It may be the case that you need to open enough files to replace the ones currenttly on the file drop down menu. Does it happen with new songs that you have started after moving the program? |

Weird! Yea, Go to your start menu and then My Recent Documents. Does the same thing happen in there? Not only for Reason files but for any program, could be a Vista proble. |
