Well I'd be keen on starting this up again, but I have absolutely no idea how to approach SG's song. Not that it's bad, it's just that I create music in almost opposite genres and I'm not used to hip-hop. I'd need to work on something purely electronic or jazzy.

Something along the lines of this (unfinished project).

Oh man don't worry about that, that beat is garbage I did it in about five minutes. Don't worry, I'll try on some other genres. I'll see what I can do.

Okay after giving it a listen I gotta say good job I'm liking everything you did with this track. Now I tried to do some things with this. I did some eq changes on your drums (Nothing major, reverb and compression mostly) and added two new instruments. Sorry if it's horrible, I'm really new to composing music like this. So you can just ignore this .rns file if it's not really good.

I loved that Space Rhodes tone, gotta use that for some of my tracks

I like what you did with the drums too.

I noticed that you were improvising with the NNXT, I changed it to a jazz piano and just did my thing with the keyboard and cleaned it up (I didn't group the notes incase anyone wants to remix).

[EDIT]

Fixed a couple of issues with my own reverb.

Okay I didn't really have new ideas so I did was add another instrument and the your piano's reverb was automated to stay on off so I fixed that. Anyway I just added an other instruments playing the same notes as the piano to give it a more deeper sound in some parts of the track. Tell me what you think.

I've had a listen and I've already added a couple of small things.

Thing is, I'm going off to the countryside on the weekends (50mile bike trip) and will be back online and everything next Monday.

This is turning out pretty well
