You have to open Reason as many times as the amount of channels you want to record simultaneously. This can give you a new problem which have to deal with the amount of memory (RAM) you have. After that, you have to route your modules thru the audio outs on Reason (not 1&2 alone) and do the same thing on Protools. Its a bit tedious but once you do it as long as RAM us not an issue for you it will work just fine
