Default How to copy A Matrix Pattern to Track

Now it seems alot of people I help teach Reason to (Mind you I'm not a master of Reason at all) I just teach people up to what I know they seem to have a problem when they create a pattern on a matrix and put their pattern to the sequencer or "To Track" rather than automating the pattern. Well this tutorial will help you, hopefully.
