Part Export problem on making an Audio File

Hi

I've got a song I want to export as wav.
I've to the left and Right markers correctly positioned on all six tracks. I have the End Marker where the Right Marker is. The problem I have is that when I export its starts exporting from approx halfway through the song, and not from the beginning.

I'm stuck for now. Has anyone encountered this before?
