| I am pretty new to Reason and I am currently using version 5. I have used Ableton for some years now to make music and performing live, and I was wondering a way of triggering samples live as in Ableton, but using Reason. I am looking for a way to trigger loops I have already made on Recycle and keep them looping untill I decide to stop them, whenever I want. Dr Octo Rex is a fantastic tool but I dont think it allows me to play different samples from the same device at the same time, unless you add another Dr Octo Rex... I thought then I could trigger the sample loops from Kong but then they won´t loop unless you keep triggering them time after time... So finally I came up with a solution involving loop triggering using Dr Octo Rex and Redrum as a looping triggering device... Does anyone have a better solution for that? Cheers! |
