Default Key Range Modification

Hi Gurus,

I recently upgraded to Reason 5.0 and now having some problems:

1. When I try to play any instrument using my midi controller (its a CASIO WK 1800 using MIDI through Uno 1x1 USB) - I only get sound from around the middle keys to the upper keys. I dont have any sounds if I am playing the lower keys - this creates a problem especially for Piano playing. Is there any way I can do a key range adjustment in reason? I never had this problem in Reason 4.0.

2. When I am using Redrum, I used to be able to play the samples using the keys on the keyboard - while it is not entirely necessary for me to have this function, but its a convenience sometimes I enjoyed on 4.0.

Any idea on these?

Thanks for your help folks.

Sounds like the lower keys of your keyboard aren't sending out MIDI data. Is your keyboard mode set to "Full Range Chord"? Make sure the accompaniment is disabled.
